Purchase Procedures

If interested, email us your order at alces.sg@gmail.com in the following format:

1. Details
~ Your Name/Company, Contact No
~ Respective Code No, Quantity, Colour
~ Details of what you want to print(e.g. Images/Words)
~ When you require it by.
~ Any other queries

2.Receive email about Quotation
~ Quotation will be emailed to you within the next 2 working days after you emailed us your order.
~ Pls resend your order if we do not reply you by then.
~ We will proceed upon your approval of the quotation.

3. 50% Deposit Payment
~ We only accept Local Bank (DBS/POSB) transfers/cash.
~ Sales will only be possible on main island (Singapore).
~ All payments should be in SGD currency.
~ Payment must be made within 48 hours after your approval
~ Please be reminded that no cancellation or editing of your orders will be allowed after deposit has been paid.

4.We will inform you of the completion date & mode of collection
~ The rest of the 50% payment will be collected when goods are delivered.
~Invoice would also be provided.
